Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000 yearly Responsibilities: Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
Your Responsibilities as a Team Agent Proactively connect with warm, pre-qualified leads to uncover client needs and preferences. Negotiate offers and agreements to help buyers and sellers achieve their desired results. Draft and review representation agreements, purchase contracts, and related legal documentation to support successful closings. Respond promptly and consistently to team-provided leads, ensuring no opportunity is missed. Maintain organized, accurate records of client interactions and transactions within our CRM system. Attend and facilitate client meetings, consultations, showings, and open houses with professionalism and enthusiasm. Deliver outstanding client service from first contact through closing - and beyond. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals while contributing to a collaborative, results-driven team culture. Qualifications: High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
Minimum Requirements Active Nevada Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining) 1+ year of successful experience as a buyer’s agent or DRIVEN with relevant real estate experience Ability to work full-time, independently, and manage time effectively Great communication and interpersonal skills with a professional appearance and demeanor Willingness to follow proven systems and processes and deliver excellent customer service Team Player with a focus on increasing sales for the entire Team Valid US driver’s license with reliable personal transportation
