What You’ll Do as a Real Estate Sales Agent:

1. Keep in touch with clients and build strong relationships to drive more business.
2. Connect with buyers and sellers, learn what they’re looking for, and show them homes that match.
3. Host open houses that show off listings and create new interest.
4. Manage deals from listing to close and make sure every step runs smoothly.
5. Find and follow up with new clients to keep your pipeline growing.
6. Know your market, the inventory, and how to help clients make smart choices.

What You’ll Need:

1. Sales experience is helpful but not required.
2. Comfort with technology and digital tools.
3. Strong communication and people skills.
4. Self-motivated and focused on results.
5. Good at managing your time and staying organized.
6. Must have an active real estate license.
