Compensation: $72,529 - $137,650 per year Responsibilities: Generate and Nurture Leads – Proactively seek out new business through prospecting, open houses, networking, and team-provided lead sources. Follow Up Consistently – Manage and respond to inbound leads promptly, maintaining regular communication to convert prospects into clients. Deliver Exceptional Client Service – Guide buyers and sellers through the real estate process with professionalism, market expertise, and strong negotiation skills. Participate in Team Training & Development – Attend regular script practice, workshops, and coaching sessions to continually sharpen sales and service skills. Collaborate & Contribute to Team Success – Share best practices, support fellow agents, and uphold the team’s culture of accountability, growth, and client-first service. Qualifications: Active real estate license (or in progress to obtain before start date). Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to manage time effectively. Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and online platforms. Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Prior sales, customer service, or real estate experience preferred but not required.
