Real Estate Agent Responsibilities Follow up with leads to help close more deals. Create strong connections with clients to build trust and increase referrals. Meet with buyers and sellers to learn their goals and show them homes that fit. Hold open houses to promote listings. Manage transactions from listing to close and keep the process running smoothly. Find new leads and help grow the business. Understand your market and give clear answers about homes and property trends.
What You’ll Need You must have closed at least 5 real estate deals in the past 12 months. Office located in University Place, WA. Must be willing to attend in person trainings/events in office. Sales experience helps but isn’t required. Be comfortable with technology. Strong communication and people skills are key. Stay organized and manage your time well. You need an active Real Estate License.

Pay: $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year
Benefits: Flexible schedule
Schedule: Monday to Friday Self-determined schedule Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay Commission pay
