BASIC SUMMARY:
Fiddler’s Creek Realty, Inc. is seeking one qualified candidate to join an existing sales team as a Sales Associate selling luxury, pre-construction real estate. The Sales Associate position is full-time with a commission-based pay structure, including the benefit of receiving a monthly advance for the first year. The position is in the on-site Fiddler’s Creek Sales Office, and the Sales Associate will be responsible for selling new, luxury coach homes and single-family residences from $2MM to over $4MM and custom estate residences from over $10MM. Annual commission earning potential up to $1MM+ for qualified candidate.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with prospective customers to understand their needs and identify the right home within our portfolio to fulfill their preferences.
Maintain communication with prospective customers through the selling and construction process.
Help buyers feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire buying process.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
On-site development experience selling luxury residences is required.
Utmost professional—polished and engaging.
Experience working with high-net-worth individuals.
Knowledgeable, highly motivated and hardworking — high level of ethics and integrity.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and work effectively as part of a team.
Enthusiastic, high-energy demeanor.
Proactive follow up with prospective customers.
A strong desire to achieve success, open to, and good at learning new skills and knowledge.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATES/EXPERIENCE/OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Florida Real Estate Sales License in good standing is required.
A valid driver’s license is required.
The broker provides Company SUVs to show the property.
Ability to work weekends.
Reliably commute, or plan to relocate prior to starting is required.
