You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding clients through the entire home-buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact and ensure they have a positive experience. Responsibilities: • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home • Continuously prospect and network to build your pipeline of active and motivated home buyers and sellers Qualifications: • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Self-starter with an eagerness to learn and grow • Humble, Driven, Professional and a Team-Player • Passion for providing a superior level of customer service • Real estate license and sales experience • Mandarin (and/or Spanish) speaking skills Compensation: $100,000 - $200,000+ commission-based
