Responsibilities: • Oversee contract processes alongside buyer’s agents to negotiate contracts • Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments • Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched • Negotiate with buyer’s agents to secure the best terms and outcomes for your sellers • Follow up with leads provided by our sales team and schedule listing appointments • Conduct professional listing presentations to win business and build client trust • Keep sellers informed with weekly updates on their listing status and activity Qualifications: • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis • 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
