Position: Sales Manager- Real Estate Investments
Location: Franklin, TN
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our real estate investment sales team. This is not a typical sales role — we need someone who is a sales shark with exceptional operational skills, a passion for training & developing others, and the ability to keep admin and team processes running smoothly.
What You’ll Do- Lead from the front: aggressively close deals and set the standard for your team.
- Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing sales associates.
- Oversee sales operations and ensure smooth deal flow from start to finish.
- Manage administrative tasks, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Drive growth and profitability for the team through leadership and accountability.

Compensation Structure
- Base Salary: $40,000/year
- Commissions: 20% on your personal closed deals
- Team Override: 5% on cash deals & listings closed by team members.
Full potential earnings $180,000+
