Responsibilities Respond promptly to all incoming leads via phone, email, or other channels.
Listen actively to understand clients' real estate needs, preferences, and timelines.
Engage with customers to gather information and qualify leads.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives based on client availability and preferences.
Accurately input all lead details, interactions, and appointments into the CRM system.
Manage follow-up communications to nurture relationships and guide clients through the process.
Collaborate with the sales team for seamless lead handoff and support successful conversions.
Stay updated on market trends, inventory, and the competitive landscape.
Continuously improve lead management processes for increased efficiency.
Qualifications Call center experience is ideal.
Interest in real estate.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a caring attitude.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Enjoy talking on the phone.
Willing to take calls outside office hours.
Humble, hungry, and a strong work ethic.
Maintain professionalism at all times.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
Enthusiastic team player.
Compensation $50,000 base salary plus $300 per closed contract and $25 per incoming lead outside office hours.
Expected earnings: $108,000 annually.
