Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to clients
Conduct showings and open houses
Negotiate offers and contracts
Develop marketing strategies for listings
Call seller leads, book listing appointments
Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
Always be consulting by providing your clients with your very best service and advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
Qualifications
A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
Technology driven
A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
Compensation $125,000 per year
