Responsibilities: • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction Qualifications: • Show a track record of real estate success • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry • Self-motivated and results-driven individual • Live close to the Westlake Village, CA, Office Compensation: $125,000+ at plan
