Resumes: My client specializes in biologically active regenerative stem cell therapies designed for topical application and other advanced aesthetic procedures. They are currently looking to hire a Regenerative Aesthetic Sales Consultant to introduce this groundbreaking technology to elite dermatologists, cosmetic physicians, and plastic surgeons.
This is a new business development role within a defined territory, ideal for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong connections in the aesthetic space. The right candidate will have the opportunity to represent a truly innovative product poised to transform the way we approach aging, skin repair, and soft tissue rejuvenation through cutting-edge regenerative solutions. Responsibilities: Meet/exceed sales quotas within assigned territory
New business development; prospect, generate leads, cold call
Develop and implement sales strategies; support business strategies and promote growth
Establish and build client relationships with key decision makers
Educate on technology, present demos and lead training sessions
Drive sales, efficiencies and promote growth within assigned territory
Assess sales pipeline and create territory forecasts
Identify and report on product performance and provide feedback
Keep well-informed of available solutions, new developments, studies/research and market trends Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Min. 5-10+ years of Clinical Sales experience in Surgical Aesthetics and/or Injectables Aesthetics Sales
Experience within plastic surgery, dermatology and/or med spas
New product launch experience
Strong documentation of sales performance (over 100%, P Club, Awards)
Must have longevity in positions
Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
Proficient in CRM (Salesforce, Cooper)
Ability to multi-task and prioritize accounts/projects
Ability to travel within the territory, some overnights Offering: Base Salary $115,000 – $130,000 (based on experience)
MBO Yr. 1 @ plan $215,000 – $230,000
Quarterly Commissions / uncapped
Car Allowance & Gas = $950/month
