Agrowing company with opportunities for advancement Company-sponsored training, tuition reimbursement, and other learning opportunities Job Description The Regional Director of Sales will be responsible for providing leadership, support, and training to the sales team within the community. You will work closely with the Regional Director of Operations and other community leaders to influence sales outcomes and drive results. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills to identify opportunities that can positively impact our occupancy rates and overall revenue goals within their territory. Responsibilities Regularly monitor the overall results of community sales efforts in their territory and provide recommendations for necessary changes in marketing strategy, external business development initiatives, or key metrics. Onboard new Community Sales Directors. Provide feedback on community performance and coach where appropriate. Provides accurate forecasting, monitors daily changes, and reports on them to executive leadership. Responsible for coaching and mentoring sales staff, ensuring they are using company selling strategies, including feedback on their performance as well as training to help them through all cycles of the process. Leads in the development of quarterly Marketing Plans in collaboration with the Community leadership team, and collaborates with regional operations as appropriate. Proficient at utilizing the company’s Marketing Plan Model which includes analysis of target market, marketplace trends, internal weaknesses and strengths, external threats and opportunities, positioning statement development, messaging, and branding strategy.Monitors quarterly Marketing Plan compliance. Assists in the completion of competitive analysis and other market research as needed. Understands how to help each community in developing or confirming its market position. Plans strategy meetings to discuss sales trends and projections with Regional Operations and Community leadership Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred Previous experience within Senior Living is a must Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook Proficiency with Yardi and Welcome Home (Sales CRM) preferred Strong coaching background Must be goal and metric-focused Prior experience managing a Sales Team in a Regional setting Ability to travel 50%+ of the time.
