This fully remote role places you at the center of driving revenue across a portfolio of 8–10 hotels located throughout North America and Latin America. You’ll develop strategic sales plans, foster strong client relationships, and turn leads into booked business — all from the comfort of your home office. Accountabilities:
Lead the remote sales strategy for a portfolio of 8–10 hotels, managing corporate and group business development.
Generate outbound leads, respond to inbound inquiries, and convert opportunities into closed business.
Customize sales efforts per property, balancing multi-brand expectations with performance metrics.
Collaborate with hotel managers and brands to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Maintain daily communication and reporting via phone, video conferencing, and internal platforms.
Work autonomously while contributing to a highly collaborative, results-driven team culture.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of on-property sales experience with a major hotel brand (Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Wyndham, Choice, etc.).
Strong knowledge of corporate and group hospitality sales strategy.
Ability to manage multiple properties remotely with efficiency and accountability.
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Comfortable with extensive screen time, video calls, and digital communication.
College degree and hospitality certifications preferred.
Multi-brand hotel experience is a plus.
Must be self-motivated, performance-oriented, and a strong team contributor.
