VP Sales & Service - Americas

Location: East Coast USA (near major airport) | Travel: 40-50% Salary: $160,000-$180,000 base + 50% bonus | Full benefits

The Role We seek an experienced Sales & Service leader to drive revenue growth in the Americas, with a primary focus on the US. Acting as a player-coach , you will lead sales and service teams, manage key Federal accounts, expand customer relationships, and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve/exceed revenue and bookings targets. Lead and grow US Sales & Service teams. Manage major Federal accounts; develop State/Local markets. Build relationships with partners, stakeholders, and influencers. Oversee channel partners, pricing strategies, and forecasting. Collaborate with UK leadership on best practices. Candidate Profile Director/VP-level experience in Capex technical equipment sales (e.g., X-ray, Homeland Security tech, CBRNE). Strong Federal account track record; State/Local experience preferred. Proven revenue growth and sales leadership success. 3+ years leading teams; 10+ years selling high-tech equipment. Process-driven, networked in Homeland Security, excellent communicator.
