We're seeking a field-first, industry-savvy Regional Sales Manager who understands the coin laundry business inside and out and thrives on growing relationships, closing complex deals, and building trust that lasts. As our Regional Sales Manager, you'll lead sales efforts across your assigned region, driving revenue growth and positioning Southeastern Laundry as the partner of choice for laundromats, multi-housing operators, and laundry investors. Strategically develop your territory, targeting new and existing coin laundry opportunities Sell consultatively — understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions for long-term success Manage your pipeline with discipline, regularly updating your CRM and tracking your follow-ups Build and maintain high-trust relationships through consistent in-person site visits and proactive outreach Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to generate leads and promote the brand Stay ahead of market shifts, competitor movements, and pricing trends to drive smart positioning Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams in service, install, and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience Represent Southeastern Laundry with professionalism and in-depth product and industry knowledge Share ideas to strengthen market strategy and elevate the customer experience What You'll Bring Industry Experience is Required. The ideal candidate comes with a deep understanding of the coin laundry or broader commercial laundry industry and a track record of success in a territory-based sales role. Required Education & Experience High school diploma required, bachelor's degree in business, Sales, or related field preferred 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in commercial laundry equipment, capital equipment, or similar industries Demonstrated success in full-cycle sales — from lead generation to close — in a field-based environment Knowledge, Skills & Strengths Familiarity with coin laundry operations, financing, equipment, and customer buying behaviors Strong consultative sales ability and a history of exceeding revenue targets Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — you connect well with everyone from owners to technicians Highly organized, self-motivated, and consistent in using CRM tools and following up with intent Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Pipedrive experience a plus) Strong presentation, contract negotiation, and closing skills Willingness to travel within the assigned territory Valid driver's license and ability to pass background and pre-employment screening Why Join Southeastern Laundry?
