Sales Leader You’ll earn leadership bonuses based on your team’s performance and help develop future leaders. Compensation & Growth 1099 Independent Contractor (Full-Time)   First-year average: $60,000–$80,000   Leadership & long-term potential: $100K–$250K+   Residual income begins in year 2 — get paid every year on business you’ve already written   Annual performance bonuses   Paid weekly   ✅ What You’ll Need Must be 18+ years old   Ability to obtain a state life insurance license Don’t have one yet?
