Responsibilities
Drive, manage, and execute the business and revenue plan for a sales region
Recruit, hire, and train Area Sales Managers
Prepare forecasts, territory management, and growth plans
Identify and generate new leads through research, networking, and referrals
Travel within the regional territory to build relationships, demonstrate products, and close business
Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years as a sales leader in the automotive space selling into dealerships
Proven success in selling solutions or services to dealerships with a deep understanding of dealership operations
Track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales goals
Demonstrated ability to recruit, build, and manage a high-performing sales team
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM methodically for sales success
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities
Experience executing a formal sales process from prospecting to closing
