Job Description
The Regional Sales Director will be focused on coaching and mentoring a team of outside B2B sellers based throughout the South Boston & Metro West Markets
The Regional Sales Director must be KPI oriented and have the ability to drive transactional MRR sales through prospecting, events, referrals and account expansion.
The Regional Sales Director should be a lead-by-example coach who is not afraid to pick up the phone, drop in for a meeting, and support their team through whatever it takes to get the job done.
The Regional Sales Director will mentor and coach an outside sales team while reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.
Qualifications
2-5+ Years of experience managing a field based sales team
Previous experience selling B2B services is required
Must have a drive to succeed and a passion for sales management

This is a hybrid-based work environment. Candidates will report to a Framingham, MA area office on Mondays and Fridays and spend the remainder of the week in the field supporting their team on client visits and cold-calls.
