The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for their assigned region. You will lead a high-performing team of sales professionals, build relationships with key clients, and work collaboratively across departments to deliver exceptional customer value and achieve aggressive growth targets.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Sales Leadership
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the region's market dynamics.
Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Team Management
Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to exceed performance expectations.
Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to foster team development.
Cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Market and Customer Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and potential opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Collaboration and Reporting
Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align sales efforts with company offerings.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to executive leadership.
Act as the regional voice in shaping product roadmaps and marketing strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum of 7-10 years in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the cybersecurity or technology sector.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
Deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions and industry trends.
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools.
