What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Direct and manage a team of Area Account Managers to drive market share growth
Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies in alignment with Business Unit objectives
Perform performance management and annual evaluations of sales team members
Maintain executive-level relationships and represent the organization in trade associations
Facilitate regional meetings and lead customer-related training and plant visits
What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technologies, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Distribution, or related field preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Power Transmission industry, with 2+ years in sales management preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to travel up to 40%
Proven track record in performance management and sales strategy execution
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience in Vertical Industries related to Power Transmission
Strong understanding of CRM tools and funnel opportunity management
Demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales talent
Experience in building and maintaining C-level relationships
Familiarity with trade organizations and participation in industry events
