The Role Lead a regional launch in women’s health across major metros. You will recruit, coach, and manage a network of independent (1099) surgical distributors while personally driving new business with OB/GYNs, MFMs, OB hospitalists, and key hospitals. This is a hands ‑ on build: funnel discipline, value analysis navigation, KOL development, and field training to accelerate utilization and revenue.
What You’ll Do Recruit, onboard, and develop a high ‑ performing distributor/rep network Own pipeline rigor from qualification → close; forecast with accuracy Coach reps through complex selling scenarios and hospital processes Build KOL and executive relationships; deliver business reviews & utilization insights Lead regional trainings and support initial OR set ‑ ups at key sites Collaborate with leadership on launch playbooks, tools, and messaging What You’ll Need 5+ years’ medical sales with women’s health/OB call points; 3+ years team leadership or distributor/channel management (or senior rep ready to step up) Proven new ‑ business wins in hospital settings; value analysis/GPO savvy Strong network with OB/GYNs and L&D stakeholders; KOL cultivation Startup DNA: builds process, hits numbers, raises the bar Comp & Perks Base + commission + equity potential; expense reimbursement/car allowance; flexible benefits approach.
