Account Management / Farmer Role: Business Areas: Media / Entertainment (gaming) / OTT / Publishing HCL Line of Business: Cloud / Digital / Apps / Infrastructure Job Responsibilities: Manage existing client relationships, own existing services, and build a diverse portfolio through the opportunity management cycle: Prospect - Evaluate - Propose - Close. Create strategic roadmaps to drive growth within the account/portfolio and execute plans to increase revenue, manage negotiations, and handle pricing discussions. Engage with horizontal and solution teams to identify improvement and opportunity areas; sell cross-business unit solutions to clients. Expand HCL's footprint by developing creative solutions that solve business problems. Experience in proposal creation and leading proposal presentations. Proven track record of rapidly scaling revenues and achieving year-over-year growth. Build and maintain relationships with C-level client contacts. Handle multiple activities in a dynamic environment with strong organizational skills. Manage account finances, lead generation, and ensure customer satisfaction (CSAT). Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the account for aggressive growth. Own the strategic agenda and facilitate executive-level connections between customers and HCL teams. Qualifications: 15+ years of relevant experience in the specified field. Ability to value-sell using ROI-based approaches to quantify success. Excellent communication skills (oral & written). High energy, proactive attitude, flexibility, teamwork, attention to detail, integrity, and initiative. Willingness to travel extensively. Experience selling medium to large multi-year integrated deals. Experience with top Tier-1 management consulting firms or global suppliers to retail, especially in product engineering services.
