This position serves as a key sales professional or account manager for our company's products and services, focusing on building strong relationships with existing clients and securing new business opportunities.
The role is accountable for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive growth and profitability within designated sales territories, ensuring seamless customer alignment across multiple teams.
The Account Manager will be responsible for effectively managing customer accounts as they transition between different departments, driving revenue expansion through proactive engagement and negotiation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve financial goals, protect and grow customer relationships, and expand market share.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert advice, product knowledge, and solution-based sales approaches to meet their needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging, aligned objectives, and effective communication with customers.
Analyze customer data, identify trends, and develop targeted sales initiatives to maximize revenue potential.
Manage contract negotiations, terms, and conditions, including amendments, extensions, renewals, and limited-time offers.
Fully leverage our proprietary CRM tool in sales planning, prospecting, opportunity tracking, task management, and daily customer engagement.
Support face-to-face and remote sales efforts to secure new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
Develop compelling sales bids, proposals, and presentations, and conduct product demonstrations and cuttings.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in sales growth management, preferably in the food industry or related field.
High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, hospitality, or culinary arts preferred.
