Join us on this exciting journey.Your responsibilitiesBased remotely within the region, you will be responsible for:Reach and exceed annual territory sales targets.Build value for representative partners and customers through effective sales visits, training, and strategic development.Develop new routes to market, including changes to rep networks, OEM accounts, and house accounts.Promote Pulsar Measurement's full product portfolio through in-person and virtual sales activities.Partner with global marketing to create collateral and optimize ROI from campaigns in your region.Maintain an active LinkedIn profile aligned with brand and marketing guidelines to increase market visibility.Actively manage your sales funnel in the CRM, collaborating with inside sales to ensure accurate forecasting.Understand and communicate market drivers influencing customer purchasing decisions.Monitor competitors and report on emerging trends to inform Research & Development priorities.Provide regular regional updates at sales meetings.Represent Pulsar Measurement at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.Conduct joint sales calls, product demos, and technical presentations with reps and customers.Support and train representative partners to improve product knowledge and sales performanceYour backgroundProven experience (4+ years) as a Regional Sales Manager or Technical Sales Engineer in a related industry.Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Extensive B2B sales experience with year-over-year growth through direct sales, representative partners, distributors, and OEM channels.Strong communication, influencing, and presentation skills across technical and executive decision-makers.Skilled at delivering impactful presentations and product demonstrations.Experience managing budgets and maximizing time with both in-person and virtual customer interactions.Self-driven and tenacious, with the ability to generate new leads while nurturing existing relationships.Familiar with sales training concepts and the importance of maintaining a healthy sales funnel (lead generation, conversion, and customer satisfaction).Ability to analyze sales data, build accurate forecasts, and develop actionable growth strategies.Proficient with CRM and Microsoft Office; ERP experience a plus.Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.What's on offer?Based from Home.
