Regional Sales Manager Odomzo & Unloxcyt Therapeutic Areas: Dermatology and Oncology Location: Mid-Atlantic. Ideal Candidate will reside in Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington Position Summary: The Regional Sales Manager, Mid-Atlantic (RSM) will lead a team of high-performing sales representatives promoting Odomzo (for locally advanced basal cell carcinoma) and Unloxcyt (for metastatic or locally advanced cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma). This role is responsible for driving regional performance, optimizing product utilization, and ensuring strategic, compliant engagement across oncology and dermatology practices. The RSM will play a key leadership role in building market awareness, expanding patient access, and supporting the successful execution of national launch and growth strategies. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Coaching Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of sales representatives across the assigned region. Conduct routine field visits, coaching sessions, and business performance reviews. Foster a culture of performance, integrity, and collaboration with a focus on patient impact and business growth. Sales Strategy & Execution Deliver or exceed regional sales goals and KPIs across both brands. Effectively execute launch and growth strategies, with tailored execution plans for Odomzo and Unloxcyt across dermatology and oncology specialties. Utilize field insights to adapt and optimize regional tactics based on patient access, provider engagement, and competitive dynamics. Customer & Account Management Support team in cultivating key relationships with dermatologists, oncologists, practice administrators, and infusion center staff. Ensure successful call plan execution and targeting of high-value oncology, dermatology and institutional accounts. Drive in-office utilization, appropriate patient identification, and ongoing product reorder cycles. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Training, and Marketing to remove barriers and ensure access, education, and HCP engagement. Partner with national leadership to identify opportunities, provide field insights, and support strategic business planning. Compliance & Reporting Ensure all field activities align with regulatory, legal, and compliance standards. Analyze sales trends, performance metrics, and territory dynamics to inform data-driven decision-making and course corrections. Qualifications: Bachelors degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of specialty pharmaceutical, oncology, or dermatology sales experience. 2+ years of experience managing a field sales team; oncology or dermatology-oncology crossover experience a plus. Proven success launching or expanding specialty therapeutics with complex access and reimbursement models. Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills. Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication abilities. Ability to travel regionally up to 70%. Preferred Experience: Experience selling in oncology and/or dermatology, ideally within rare diseases or specialty therapeutic niches. Experience working with Integrated Delivery Networks (hospitals, physician groups, outpatient clinics, pharmacies) Familiarity with buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, and patient support programs. Demonstrated success influencing treatment paradigms and engaging multidisciplinary teams in community and academic settings.
