Job Summary
Our client is seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager (Outside Sales) to lead sales efforts across New England. In this role, you’ll spend 70% of your time promoting an exclusive employee benefits programs and 30% selling brokerage and benefits administration services. What You’ll Do: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
Prospect, cold call, and meet with qualified businesses.
Travel across MA, NH, and CT to close deals.
Leverage referrals from existing members. What You’ll Bring: 3+ years of outside sales success in insurance brokerage or employee benefits.
Active Life & Health license.
