Regional Sales Manager – Enterprise Accounts
LOCATION: Remote, United States (Atlanta, GA, or Dallas, TX preferred)
Overview:
NCR Voyix is transforming the restaurant tech space — and we’re looking for a hands-on leader to help accelerate growth across our mid-market customer base.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll wear many hats: coach, strategist, operator, and relationship-builder. You’ll lead a team focused on deepening partnerships with some of our most valuable restaurant brands (10–100 units), driving revenue, retention, and long-term impact.
You'll navigate a complex sales environment involving franchisees, franchisors, and internal cross-functional teams — aligning stakeholders and delivering tailored strategies that unlocks long-term value for both the customer and NCR Voyix.
This role is part builder, part trusted advisor, and designed for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment with the scale and resources of an enterprise.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Own and grow a book of business with full revenue and retention accountability
Build, lead, and develop a team of AEs and CSMs focused on strategic account growth
Drive account planning and expansion strategy for high-value customers
Create repeatable playbooks for upselling, renewals, and customer success
Translate customer insights into action across product, support, and marketing
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure every customer touchpoint delivers value
Roll up your sleeves and lead by example, this is a player-coach role
Take full ownership of outcomes and hold yourself and your team to a high standard
What We’re Looking For:
8+ years in sales, account management, or customer success; 2+ years leading teams
Deep knowledge of the restaurant or hospitality tech space
Proven track record of growing revenue within existing accounts and influencing across teams
Strong executive presence and communication skills
Operates with urgency, clarity, and adaptability in dynamic environments
Leads with curiosity, coach with empathy, and execute with precision
Experience managing a $10M+ book of business
Bachelor’s degree, MBA or advanced degree a plus
