Salary Range: $108,981.65 - $185,133.43 Job Responsibilities: The Regional Sales Manager - Foodservice will spearhead the growth of Del Monte's Foodservice business, focusing on increasing revenue and profitability within the Foodservice segment. Your primary responsibilities will include: Building a robust customer base and developing strategic partnerships with regional operators and chains to enhance broadline distribution. Meeting annual sales targets while establishing and nurturing strong customer relationships. Leading broker teams in executing effective strategies across the region. Managing the relationship with the top 20-25 strategic broadline distributors in your territory. Collaborating with brokers to manage additional active distributors and pursuing new distributor partnerships. Delivering impactful product presentations to key decision-makers for new business development. Designing innovative sales programs and product introductions for distributor representatives. Planning and executing strategic distributor events, such as food shows and sales meetings, to drive business growth. Conducting quarterly Joint Business Planning sessions with key distributor leadership to track progress and achieve sales goals. Identifying and engaging top regional chain operators and large non-commercial end-users. Utilizing our preferred status with national account operators to maximize product usage and distribution. Coaching and providing product training to broker markets, ensuring consistent communication and collaboration. Using HubSpot and sales tracking tools to manage and monitor sales activities effectively. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution preferred. 10+ years of sales experience within the Foodservice industry in CPG, including broker and direct management roles.
