Augustine Talent Group is partnering with a well-established organization in the HVAC sector to recruit an experienced Regional Sales Manager . This role offers the opportunity to grow an assigned region by developing distributor relationships, expanding product reach, and delivering exceptional service.

What You’ll Do:
Manage and expand a portfolio of HVAC distributor accounts across a defined region
Conduct in-person meetings, product walkthroughs, and relationship-building visits
Implement region-specific sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals
Provide consultative support to customers to strengthen loyalty and retention
Keep detailed records of activities, pipeline, and client touchpoints using CRM tools
Collaborate with marketing and leadership to align sales tactics with brand initiatives
Stay informed on competitor activity, industry developments, and market shifts
Attend key industry events and trainings to stay sharp and visible
Handle pricing discussions and contract terms with professionalism and confidence
Act as a key point of contact for any post-sale support or troubleshooting
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
Minimum 10 years of experience in regional field sales, preferably in HVAC or a related trade
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office
Strong organizational habits and a disciplined approach to time and regional management
Ability to work independently, adapt to change, and problem-solve on the fly
Committed to professionalism, ethics, and building lasting customer partnerships
Must hold a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel regionally on a frequent basis
