Regional Sales Manager K-12 (South Texas)

The Talent Search Group at PiP is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (South TX) on behalf of our client, an EdTech supporting K-3 literacy with an AI-powered tutoring platform.
The Regional Sales Manager is a “Hunter,” highly competitive in capturing new business and expansions and with a history of success in K-12 EdTech sales. They have strong relationships with superintendents and educators in the territory and are comfortable building relationships with district leadership. This an individual contributor, customer-facing position.
Candidates must live in the territory (South Texas, Esp Houston, Austin, San Antonio) and be willing to travel 50%+.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, and/or relevant experience.
At least 2+ years of experience in EdTech SaaS sales with consistent goal achievement.
Preferred: Experience in education administration and/or a start-up organization.
Preferred: Success in selling supplemental resources to K-12 districts.
