Accountabilities:
Drive regional franchise growth by managing the end-to-end sales process, including lead qualification, presentations, follow-ups, and closing.
Conduct virtual and in-person meetings to present franchise opportunities, including tours and Discovery Day events.
Partner with the Regional Vice President to align on strategic goals and execution across the region.
Identify and evaluate new rental locations for prospective franchisees.
Maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees to ensure satisfaction and ongoing engagement.
Represent the brand at trade shows, conferences, and external franchise development events-domestically and internationally.
Collaborate with business brokers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to generate new leads and affiliations.
Monitor sales metrics, analyze trends, and adjust strategies to maximize conversions and meet growth targets.
Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree or equivalent experience accepted (1-3 years in sales, franchising, or related fields).
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams), and scheduling tools.
Ability and willingness to travel 50-75% of the time.
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a credit card to cover reimbursable business expenses.
Results-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong organizational skills and an entrepreneurial spirit are essential.
