Job Summary
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager based in the DMV area to lead sales growth and team development for a commercial cleaning company. If you enjoy growing other sales teams across multiple regions while driving your own pipeline, closing high-value deals, while building company revenue, and uncapped earnings, this opportunity is for you! Regional Sales Manager Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of B2B sales experience, with 5+ years in sales management or leadership.

Background in service-based industries cleaning, facilities company
Proven track record of staff management, and hitting and exceeding sales targets.
Team player, great communicator with strong coaching, mentoring skills.
Comfortable with heavy travel, overnights, and field-based sales activity.
Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot experience, a plus).
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities Generate leads, conduct walkthroughs, and close deals while supporting your team’s success.
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Sales Managers across multiple Mid-Atlantic markets.
Build and execute scalable sales strategies to expand the company's market presence.
Develop relationships with commercial business leaders, decision-makers, and key partners.
Recruit, train, and onboard new sales talent as we expand.
Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Finance to deliver seamless client experiences.
Provide hands-on field coaching, traveling extensively throughout the territory.
Track performance metrics, monitor pipeline health, and report regularly on results.
