Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the VP of Sales to lead and foster a high-performing team of sales professionals across numerous client locations.
Drive revenue and margin growth; enhance district performance in IS, TS, and FS sales; support key account sales initiatives; manage sales budgets; analyze market trends and competitor activity; develop innovative marketing and partnership programs; track sales and P&L targets; meet regularly with the DVP to review performance metrics; initiate strategies to motivate cross-selling and upselling.
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication and coordination with operations and customer service; resolve disputes and issues with clients; assist with contract management and client relationships; oversee the collection of receivables; prepare monthly Revenue and Receivable Reports.
Talent development is key; identify, recruit, and retain top-tier Account Managers, Specialists, and Sales Representatives; manage performance and provide coaching; conduct weekly performance meetings; exemplify and uphold corporate values.
Qualifications
5-7 years of management experience overseeing a sales team.
Background or knowledge in the Oil and Gas or Industrial Services sectors.
Skill in providing feedback on account strategies and linking accounts to the appropriate resources.
Proficiency in interpreting financial reports; ability to utilize basic numerical analysis for informed decision-making.
Extensive industry knowledge, with capabilities for upselling and cross-selling across various lines of business; strong relationship-building skills.
Professional demeanor and attitude; cultivates a positive work environment.
