Regional Sales Manager

Our client is a dealer in high quality technical equipment by well-known German, European and international manufacturers. Due to expansion, they are in need of a Regional Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and key accounts to expand STIHL’s footprint.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales approaches.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training for dealers and end-users.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and distributors.
• Ensure dealers adhere to STIHL’s brand standards, pricing policies, and sales guidelines.
• Provide sales support, merchandising guidance, and inventory management advice
• Engage large-scale agricultural, forestry, and construction businesses to promote products.
• Address customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and outreach programs.
• Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses using CRM.
• Provide product performance feedback to support product development.
• Work closely with marketing, technical support, and logistics teams.
• Train dealer sales teams on products, features, and sales techniques.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• B.Sc / HND in any related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in selling and marketing -Agricultural equipment
• Must be fluent in the local language – preferable from the North
• Excellent communication skills (English) verbally and in writing
• Computer literacy Ms office and possibly SAP /CRM
• Customer service orientation
• Readiness to travel (domestic /International)
• Valid Driver‘s License
