The company has more than 60 locations through which it distributes products, equipment and chemicals, and provides customers with other value-added services including equipment repair, equipment rental and education.Location: Prefer the Candidate live in the Seattle, WA area!Salary Range: $110,000-$130,000 / Bonus EligibleDirect the sales activities for an assigned geographic area through the implementation of company strategy. You will manage sales and direct reporting responsibility for a team of outside sellers. You will have impact on the customer base, driving revenue and on customer development and retention. Increase the productivity of the sales team.Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will:Lead a team that generates sales and growth in an assigned geographic area including market reachPromote new opportunity development, customer relations, and customer retentionWork with internal partners to accomplish and measure sales within the assigned marketImplement segment programs on a local level with customers, supplier partners and local internal resourceUse appropriate pricing strategy to guide team to most profitable growthManage strategic supplier relationships in partnership with your teamCoach and counsel direct reports to perform and in ongoing development of skillsDemonstrate change leadership; promote and lead teams through business changesAnalyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including government agencies, contractors, and municipalities.Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and competitive activities for senior management.Stay updated on industry regulations, product innovations, and best practices.Manage regional sales budgets and forecasts to ensure profitability and growth.Monitor and control expenses related to sales activities.Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products and network with potential clients.Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.CORE COMPETENCIES:Attention to Detail: The ideal candidate will be meticulous about the critical details for special projects and be highly organized.Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to articulate what is needed from each team member to achieve successTime Management: The ideal candidate must possess strong time management skills to ensure project completion within established deadlines. This involves prioritizing project tasks, effectively allocating resources, and managing task dependencies while helping team members optimize their workflowRelevant Industry and Functional Experience: The ideal candidate will work or will have worked in distribution/industrials/consumer businesses with relevant overlap to Aramsco. Also, a preference for team members with network or distribution center experience previously.Qualifications/ SkillsQUALIFICATIONS:High School Diploma or GED5 Years Sales Leadership ExperienceDemonstrate successful strategic planning, goal setting and allocation, quantitative analysis.Leadership skills to assess, coach, counsel, and develop a sales teamThe ability to understand financial reporting, to analyze needs, costs/budgets, and economic earningsChange Management skillsMust be able to motivate, inspire, and achieve results through othersAbility to travel within the assigned region as needed.
