Description Position at Century Complete What You'll Do:The Regional Sales Manager plays a critical leadership role in driving the performance of our new home sales teams. Reporting to the Regional VP of Sales, this position is responsible for ensuring that traffic, gross sales, net sales, and closings align with the company's strategic objectives. You'll lead and coach high-performing sales associates, ensure disciplined execution, and champion a world-class customer journey from initial contact to close.Your Key Responsibilities Include:Train, lead, and coach the region's Sales Consultants to achieve traffic, lead conversion, sales, and closing goals in alignment with Century Complete's strategic business plan.Analyze competitive market data to set pricing strategy, drive weekly sales updates, and guide new home releases for optimal community positioning.Use historical performance data to support future land acquisition decisions and inform targeted marketing strategies.Build and maintain a disciplined, performance-driven sales force focused on contract accuracy, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction in a high-volume environment.Build and maintain a disciplined sales force that sells homes, enhances operational and transactional efficiency with clean contracts, and promotes customer satisfaction in a high-volume atmosphere.Drive full adoption of CRM, Sales Order Management, and other technology tools to increase sales effectiveness and transparency.Conduct regular audits of each community's Digital Front Porch and new home studio to ensure alignment with Century Communities' standards.Partner with leadership in the regional budgeting process to shape and execute business plans.Lead the team in proactive backlog management-collaborating closely with internal lending and production teams to ensure timely closings.Promote collaboration across divisions by identifying and sharing best practices.Perform other duties as needed or assigned.What You Have:Customer sales, closings, and backlog management.Business plan performance management and strategic mindset to deliver profitability to Region.Effective management of contracts on a monthly and yearly basis.Ability to analyze and scrutinize sales and financial reporting metrics as the Company set forth.Strategic business mindset with an emphasis on the sales of new homes.Demonstrated ability to drive conversion ratio of leads into salesBackground handling cancellations, retention, and timeliness to return the property to the market for resale.Detail-oriented to ensure accuracy of contracts and other pertinent information.Understanding and utilization of Web-based campaigns.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Experience managing direct reports and driving success.Your Education and Experience:1+ years prior sales management experience.5+ years in new home sales.About Century CompleteOur mission of More Home, Less Money® is only possible with the best talent in the industry.
