Overview
We’re looking for a driven and personable Sales Representative to oversee one of our designated PGA
sections. This role combines sales, field marketing, and account management to build strong
partnerships with golf clubs and drive shipping revenue. The ideal candidate is comfortable in both
boardrooms and golf course events, building trust while delivering results.
Experience Required
• 2+ years of sales, territory management, or field marketing experience
• Golf industry experience or passion for golf is a major plus
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently within a defined territory
• Comfortable with travel and attending weekend events as needed
• Valid driver's license
Essential Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact for golf clubs within your assigned PGA Section
• Drive new club acquisition: target, engage, and sign up golf clubs to join Bag Caddie
• Promote usage and ensure clubs are actively shipping through our platform
• Build long-term relationships with club managers, golf pros, and event coordinators
• Attend regional PGA events and tournaments to represent Bag Caddie
• Execute local marketing and outreach campaigns to increase brand awareness
• Manage retention of club relationships and drive recurring usage
• Provide feedback on customer needs and collaborate on sales strategy with leadership
