Talon Recruiting has partnered with a leading manufacturer of portable pump equipment in search of a Regional Sales Representative to cover Boston, MA and beyond.
As a Regional Sales Representative , we will work as a team to drive your creative ambition to increase sales within the defined region. This is an active selling position which requires engagement within our team, along with producing positive sales results. We will work with you to increase the overall sales within your defined region by identifying end-users, which may include but are not limited to contractors, site developers, regional rental companies, municipalities, distributors as well as providing you with an existing account base. The Regional Sales Representative will be responsible for aggressively pursuing & winning profitable business by doing good business with good people and good companies.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years outside/territory sales experience with a successful proven track record with references.
• Must have previous multi-State sales travel experience.
• Experience in general dewatering, water transfer, lift station/bypass, wellpoint & sock dewatering is strongly preferred and recommended.
• Excellent planning, problem-solving, communication and negotiation skills are a must.
• Experienced with the Microsoft Office Suite to include Teams presentations.
• Must be a well-organized, detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record, along with a valid Passport.
• Travel will consist of 2-3 nights per week; one week working local, and the other three weeks traveling within the Region.
Must reside within one of the following Regions within the United States of America:
Boston/Eastern Massachusets.
