Do you enjoy the camaraderie of the coffee culture and have a knack for sales and customer service? As a Regional Sales Route Specialist, you will provide essential route coverages, ensuring our customers never run out of their favorite beverages.

A Day in Your Life:

Travel between various branch locations to cover on-demand routes.

Organize and deliver coffee products, making sure the beverage stations are well-stocked.

Promote and increase sales by identifying gaps and setting promotional strategies.

Keenly listen to customer needs and address any emerging issues promptly.

Maintain the equipment - cleanliness and functionality are key!

Assist and communicate any challenges to Area Managers, enhancing the customer experience.

Do you have a driver's license and want to be on the road? You’ll be driving in style, making meaningful customer interactions every day.

Are You Our Ideal Candidate? You Have:

A High School Diploma or GED.

A passion for customer service and the foodservice industry (previous experience is a plus!).

Mechanical insight to handle company equipment.

The initiative to increase business with strategic sales techniques.

Strong independent and collaborative work ethics.
