Convert & Grow : Drive trials into first orders, then expand.
Lead From the Front : Demos, LEGEND Lab trainings, ride-alongs, and regional events.
Pipeline Discipline : Real forecasts, same-day CRM notes, next steps logged in HubSpot.
Non-Negotiables Live in the Dallas metro (≈45 mins). No relocation.
Travel ~40% Year 1 (8-10 overnights most months).
Measured on new accounts, trial→order conversion, retention, and revenue growth .
Shop-floor comfort—able to lift/carry demo kits (25–35 lbs).
Valid driver’s license, clean record.
What You Bring 2–5+ years of B2B field sales with small business/owner-operator focus—and the wins to prove it.
Territory planning, negotiation, and follow-through that delivers.
CRM discipline (HubSpot or similar)—you live in your pipeline.
Automotive aftermarket, film, or coatings experience = big plus.
Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing preferred (or equivalent experience).
