About the Role
The Company is seeking an experienced Regional Vice President to lead the Enterprise segment in the South. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of Regional Sales Directors and Account Executives to achieve revenue goals, developing and executing outbound pipeline strategies, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture. This role involves close collaboration with corporate sales, product marketing, product management, and demand generation teams to drive business growth. The Regional Vice President will also engage with partners to identify opportunities that enhance channel velocity and team success, and will be expected to monitor team performance, ensure alignment with core values, and identify training and development opportunities.
Applicants for the Regional Vice President position should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of sales leadership experience, including managing 1st-line leaders. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in building and scaling high-performing sales teams, strong expertise in sales methodologies, territory planning, and resource allocation. The ideal candidate will have a background in SaaS business models, particularly in enterprise security, and a demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and scale processes effectively. The position is open to candidates located in North Carolina, Florida, Georgia, or Texas, and the ability to attract and retain top-performing sales professionals is a key differentiator.
