About the Role
The Company is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Vice President of Sales (Enterprise) to be part of our dynamic team. In this crucial leadership role, you will manage, coach, and train a talented team of 4-5 sales directors, focusing on maximizing sales revenue across your region. We seek a strategic leader with a proven track record in B2B sales, especially in the enterprise sector.
The RVP will set and execute sales goals, oversee budgets, and ensure the successful execution of challenging sales campaigns. Strong experience in CRM systems and sales analytics tools is essential for success in this role. A minimum of 10 years' experience in sales management, with a solid background in major account payroll, HR, and time and attendance solutions, is required.
This role calls for an effective communicator with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, who is results-driven and capable of thriving in a high-paced and evolving market environment. As the RVP, you will lead a dedicated sales force, conduct regular performance reviews, and take corrective measures to ensure sales quotas are met. A deep understanding of customer and market dynamics, paired with the ability to foster professional growth within your team, is essential.
