Put our clients first and help us to enhance the investment universe! The Opportunity: You will present Fisher Investment's top-tier wealth management solutions to high-net-worth prospects. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you will receive comprehensive training and resources designed to ensure your success, supported by a talented team in sales, client services, marketing, and research. Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Include: Converting prospects into valued clients by demonstrating the unique advantages of choosing Fisher Investments. Engaging with high-net-worth prospects to assess their financial situation and offer tailored solutions. Educating potential clients on the diverse range of offerings provided by Fisher Investments. Participating in ongoing training to enhance your skills in advanced phone sales techniques, finance, capital markets, and portfolio management. Holding meetings with prospects either face-to-face or virtually within your local area, while working from your home office. Your Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years' experience in the financial services industry. Possession of FINRA Series 65, or a combination of FINRA Series 7 and 66 is preferred. A proven track record of achieving results over multiple years. Demonstrated experience with high-volume phone activities and in-person client meetings. Compensation Structure: This position operates on a commission/variable pay basis, ranging from a $100,000 salary to no base, steadily decreasing; earnings consist of a percentage from management fees from the first year and trailers for new business. Enjoy uncapped performance-based earnings potential, with a possibility of achieving a 7-figure income; average earnings typically reach the mid to high six figures within two years.
