Overview Lars Remodeling & Design is looking for an experienced Remodeling Sales Consultant to add to our residential remodeling design-build sales team. As a Remodeling Sales Consultant, your focus is to successfully complete the sale of design-build remodeling projects and assist the Lars Remodeling & Design team in providing the highest level of service to our clients. Engage, assess, and procure new clients through self-promotion and/or leads generated. Meet with prospective clients, assess project goals, provide detailed estimates, delivering the highest level of customer service possible based on Lars Remodeling & Design standards. Uphold our focus to provide our clients with an industry professional, not a salesperson, at the initial point of contact, and build relationships to work with that person throughout the duration of their home remodeling project.

Meet with prospective clients, assess project goals, and provide detailed estimates in line with Lars Remodeling & Design standards.

Engage, assess, and procure new clients through self-promotion and/or leads generated.

Deliver high levels of customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients throughout their home remodeling project.

Qualifications

Customer service/sales experience needed.

Experienced in-home sales of residential remodeling.

Construction and Project Management experience a plus.

Efficient at cost estimating.

Able to work a flexible work schedule when needed, including weekends and evenings.

Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to commute to and from client/business appointments.

Time management, able to efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Must be fluent in English.
