Role Description:
We are seeking a remote Business Development Representative at AI Agent Employee. The role involves daily tasks such as lead generation, cross functional collaboration, effective communication, sales, CRM tracking, and business development activities. We are primarily seeking candidates who are looking for a full-time opportunity within a start-up environment as opposed to a part time "side gig" but we will consider unique situations or needs. We offer a very rich commission compensation structure that is best maximized with a full-time focus.
Qualifications:
Outbound Sales and Sales skills
Strong phone sales skills are a must
Lead Generation and Business Development skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in global business development is a plus
Fluent in English (any additional languages are a plus)
Fluency in the language of the country where you are located if outside of the USA
Compensation:
This is a 100% commission sales oppotunity. Based on our average deal size, this is an opportunity to make between $120,000 to $300,000 USD per year in commissions if working full time, following our defined sales processes, and acheiving all standard KPIs. In addition we offer bonus incentives above and beyond the standard commission rates, and because we like to work hard and play hard, we plan on various international team meetings throughout the world to solidify our team collaboration, have fun, share best practices, and above all else, celebrate success!!
