Lead and execute diverse analytical projects based on client needs, defining scope, identifying data sources, and delivering actionable insights. Maintain knowledge of healthcare, finance, and operational trends within the industry. Collaborate with executive and physician leadership to ensure data accuracy and performance improvement. Benchmark operations against best practices and internal goals. Utilize innovative problem-solving techniques in a dynamic healthcare setting. Ideal Candidate Profile: Requires a related Bachelor's degree; MBA or MPH is preferred. Five or more years of financial analysis experience in a hospital or medical group setting. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tableau; familiarity with Microsoft Office is necessary. Experience with SAS, Visual Basic, SQL, Visio, and Publisher is a plus. Knowledge of EMR systems, particularly EPSi and Epic, is preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate clinical needs into financial contexts for diverse audiences. Understanding of healthcare coding systems and reimbursement mechanisms (HMO/PPO, Medicare, Medi-Cal).
