Role Overview As an Inbound Sales Representative , you’ll manage qualified inbound leads —no cold calling required. Your role is to: Answer pre-sales questions via email, chat, and phone .

Deliver engaging 1-on-1 product demos for potential customers.

Qualify high-value prospects and refer them to the Sales Executive team.

Support the Customer Success Team to ensure smooth onboarding.

Spark Shipping provides complete training so you can quickly become a product expert and help clients succeed. What We’re Looking For We are seeking motivated professionals who: Have 1–3 years of B2B SaaS sales or support experience .

Understand eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon Seller Central, and eBay.

Are highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Thrive in a remote, independent work environment.

Must be based in North America (applications outside this region will not be considered).

Preferred Skills: Familiarity with inventory management, PIM software, or multi-channel eCommerce tools.

Previous B2B SaaS sales experience.
