We’re seeking experienced Inside Sales closers (1+ years of phone-based sales) who thrive in a high-volume, CRM-driven environment. You’ll be managing inbound appointments, handling objections with confidence, and maintaining pristine CRM hygiene — no cold calls, but you must be comfortable dialing, following up, and moving deals forward with urgency.
Who You Are (A-Players Only) We hire A-Players only and prioritize team culture above everything else. ✔ 1+ years of inside sales / phone closing experience — You have proven success managing daily call volume, pipeline, and CRM tasks in a structured sales environment ✔ CRM Discipline — You treat CRM as your playbook, with immaculate notes, tasks, and follow-ups ✔ Experience in automotive industry (sales) preferred ✔ Master of the fundamentals — Strong grasp of tonality, discovery, and objection handling ✔ Team-first mentality — Collaborative, supportive, and genuinely excited to build something great with others ✔ Empathetic closer — You build trust and rapport, not pressure.
