What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Initiate and nurture prospects via telephone and in-person to generate sales opportunities - Maintain meticulous records of interactions with prospects in the CRM - Build a robust funnel of new accounts and provide regular updates to Sales Leadership - Participate in national and regional tradeshows with thorough preparation - Conduct high-level presentations of the employer's software offerings
What is Required (Qualifications): - 5+ years of outside sales experience - 5+ years working in the telecommunications industry - Proven track record of exceeding sales goals - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team-based environment - Willingness to travel 50% of the time, including overnight stays
